► Repair starts here

Become that version of yourself your younger self always needed

Getting hurt hurts. So does carrying shame, negative self-talk, and the weight of mistakes we haven’t repaired.

Sometimes, the hardest relationship to repair is the one we have with ourselves. Sitting with these emotions can feel challenging. But in order for us to grow, we need to be honest about the harm we’ve caused others—and ourselves. Repair starts when we make space for accountability, forgiveness, and the possibility that we deserve healing too.

Guidance to get you there

We’re all just figuring it out: how to heal, how to make amends, and how to live a life that we can feel proud of. We’ve worked with the experts who know how to make this process simple, but it won’t be easy.

Healing starts with self-reflection and ends with transformation. Just like muscle builds memory, repair is a process that you hone and get better at.

The most important healing–realizing who you are. The healing on the outer level is fine, but it’s not the essence of healing.

What needs repair in your life?

The actions we take in our day to day lives reflect the type of person we are, but they don’t limit who we can be. When we live out our values, we’re tapping into our full potential. And we’re showing that it’s possible for others to do the same.

► Now is a time to dream

Imagine a world where we all feel safe

This year, the United States celebrates 250 years since its founding—nearly the same amount of time that slavery existed in our country.

This pivotal moment is an opportunity for our country to amend past mistakes and make a promise to us and generations to come—that any time harm occurs, repair will follow.
